Severin Heinisch opens up a new chapter in Eastern Europe - "Chapter 4" to focus on CEE in close collaboration with Ecker & Partner

Severin Heinisch, the former managing director of Q-Com CEE, has opened a new agency offering the same services that have been his focus up to now - market development, communications advice and public affairs in Central and Eastern Europe. With agencies in twelve locations, including Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo, and partners in other CEE countries, Chapter Four Communications Consulting GmbH now offers public relations and public affairs services for its customers. The name "Chapter 4" comes from an original focus on four core markets.

In Austria, the agency is collaborating closely with Ecker & Partner, which holds a 10 per cent share in Chapter 4 and will be bundling the agency?s activities in Eastern Europe. "Our collaboration with Ecker & Partner in Vienna and our local expertise in CEE allow us to offer professional and uncomplicated support when it comes to all PR matters in a region that is extremely important for Austrian companies. Our customers can consolidate and manage their communications agendas from Vienna and can rely on a well-coordinated network," explained Heinisch.
