With today the Web 2.0 experts Judith Denkmayr and Gerald Bäck launch the on digital relations and social media specialized agency DIGITAL AFFAIRS. Among the two managing directors the PR and public affairs agency Ecker & Partner as well as new media experts PXP are holding a share in the business. The focus of the new founded agency is on strategic consulting just as on conception and implementation of social media campaigns.
The operating area reaches from Web 2.0 monitoring, digital relations workshops, social media newsrooms right up to reputation management in the World Wide Web. "Core of the entrance will be our DIGITAL AFFAIRS blog", explains Judith Denkmayr. "We will publish current news on social media on a regular basis, with a special focus on charts and stats to provide our clients with market data."
Before launching DIGITAL AFFAIRS Judith Denkmayr worked many years for the social media department of ATV, Gerald Bäck founded the first internet-media-monitoring company in Austria. Both bring along competent knowledge and a lot of experience with numerous social media and web 2.0 projects in the fields of media, politics and economy already realized.
Integrated communication with Ecker & Partner and PXP
"We decided to commit ourselves to this course, because we are sure that now is the right time for a digital relations agency, which works not out of the perspective of advertising, but is in pursuit of a strategic approach", emphasizes Dietmar Ecker his decision to take a share in DIGITAL AFFAIRS. The company will cooperate very intense with Ecker & Partner and PXP and with that be able to have recourse to a large network and knowhow of some of the biggest agencies in Austria. "Nowadays any communication strategy has to keep digital relations in mind. By reason of a close cooperation with DIGITAL AFFAIRS we as Ecker & Partner can provide our clients with the knowhow of experts when it comes to social media", reaffirms Ecker.
